Concept plan, spatial hierarchy, key material palette, and 3D presentation approval.

Practical Tip
Approve the concept only when the plan solves how you actually use each room.
What Happens
Design is translated into cost. Every scope line is priced, contingencies are declared, and vendor allocations are set on paper.
You Decide
Final specifications, vendor selection, and phasing if required.

Practical Tip
A transparent BOQ prevents 'small' overruns. Ask to see the line items — always.
What Happens
Working drawings drive the site. Structural, RCP, electrical, plumbing, and interior technical drawings are released stage by stage.

Sequence approvals for civil, MEP, joinery, and finishes.

Practical Tip
Decisions delayed on site cost more than decisions delayed at design. Front-load choices.
What Happens
Progress, quality, and expenses are tracked stage-wise. Site supervision, milestone checks, and material verification stay continuous.
You Decide
Milestone sign-offs, snag closures, and payment approvals.

Practical Tip
Visit at least once during structural and once during finishing — even if we send updates.
What Happens
Final walkthrough, snag closure, styling, and handover. We document warranties and how everything works.
